It is hand carved from piranha pine the pillars and handle carved with the Lotus and Papyrus motif seen on the temple pillars at karnak.
Mounted with 2 rows of professional music jangles suspended on sealed tempered brass wire. 
(6 cymbals of the upper row, 6 on the lower)
It’s bright sound sings out in celebration.
