Standard shipping within the United States is included in the cost of your order.  

If Faster shipping is required an additional fee with be levied to cover the increase in shipping costs.  International shipping is charged on an individual basis and will be worked out before the order is confirmed.

Returns of standard items are allowed.  The purchaser pays return shipping and a 30% restocking fee will be assayed.  Refunds will be issued withing 48 hours of item being received at our shipping office.

No returns are accepted on Customized items as these are not able to be resold.

Full payment is expected at time of placing your order unless otherwise negotiated with Kentaurus Design Staff.  No order will be shipped until full payment is relieved.
